Within 72 hours of delivery


In the case that you return and exchange an item, a re-stocking fee of $25 or 20% of the item price only, (whichever is the greater) will be charged. The delivery cost is not refundable. Goods must be returned at your expense and in as-new condition. Any refunds paid relating to a change of mind are at the sole discretion of Appliance Smart.


After 72 Hours


A return and exchange of an item will be entirely at the discretion of ApplianceSmart. The refund must be agreed in writing before goods are returned.  The restocking fee above will apply if the refund is agreed.




In the case that you wish to exchange a product, ApplianceSmart at its sole discretion might agree to waive or modify the above re-stocking fee. In any case, a product to be exchanged must be returned at your expense and responsibility, and arrive in new condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange. The cost of sending the replacement appliance will also be charged or deducted from any refund.

Note replacement items will not be sent out unless the returned item is received and inspected.




If the final price of the deal is affected by the a discount for buying multiple items, the discount received will be factored into any refund amount to take into account the reduced or lack of discount that would have applied had the item not been purchased in the first place.
